Crystal S. Boyers

Crystal Boyers is Sr Vice President and Group Manager of Credit Operations Insurance & Tax for Truist Bank. Her team’s responsibilities include Commercial Flood Compliance Originations Review, Commercial and Retail Hazard & Flood Insurance Servicing, and Real Estate Tax Monitoring.
Crystal has been with Truist since 1997, where she began as a peak time teller. After earning a dual major in Communications and Business Administration from Peace College, she spent several years in various Retail leadership roles before joining Commercial Banking Operations, where she managed Commercial and CRE lending/closing specialists. In 2011, Crystal led a flood project which ignited her passion for all things Flood and RE collateral. Crystal is located in Greensboro, NC.
She has been a speaker at the National Flood Conference and the ABA Compliance Conference. She is currently part of the working group that is spearheading the latest edits to the ABA Flood Compliance Bluebook. This is her second engagement as part of the OSC Compliance Education Forum.
